This program is designed to help young athletes reach peak performance in any sport they love. Led by experienced coaches, participants will engage in dynamic workouts that build strength, speed, agility, and endurance. Whether you're new to sports or an experienced player, this class is tailored to meet individual needs and boost confidence on the field or court.

Program Highlights

Speed and Agility Development

Preparation:

  • Master the "ABCs" of movement efficiency: Agility, Balance, and Control.
  • Refine sprint mechanics for optimal performance.

Plyometrics:

  • Develop explosive power through low-level vertical and horizontal jumps.
  • Emphasis on proper deceleration and landing mechanics with high-volume, low-intensity drills.

Movement Mechanics:

  • Footwork circuits to improve coordination and quickness.
  • Reactive agility drills to sharpen response and adaptability.
  • Competitive, multi-directional movement stations.
  • Deceleration training to enhance control and prevent injuries.

Strength Training for Young Athletes

  • Focus on safe and effective exercises using resistance bands, body weight, and manageable weights with minimal to no axial loading (no bars on the back or spine compression).
  • Structured 4-week training blocks with progressively increasing volume (sets, reps, and tempo) week by week.
  • Based on a reverse periodization model: shorter, more intense training sessions with strategic progression.
